Has a project team, including senior technical personnel reporting to
them.  Requires extensive knowledge of the supported business area as well
as the area being managed.  Coordinates information management solution
development/implementations.  Reviews scopes/plans and prioritizes one or
more projects.  Assures adherence to corporate policies and project
delivery procedures.  Reviews and ensures a high level of quality and
service are maintained by meeting or exceeding commitments.  Initiates,
develops and enforces standards and procedures in support of improved

latitude in determining creative solutions to strategic and operational

*Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.  Other duties
may be assigned:*
The selected individual will manage, facilitate, and create enterprise
level visibility of the overall progress, dependency, issues, and risks
across the Programs.  The individual must be able to straddle in and out of
technical and operational status details and produce succinct assessment of
overall direction of the Programs at any point on the execution timeline by:


   - Overseeing/maintaining a multi-year cross-program execution schedule
   (Release Calendar)
   - Monitoring inventory and development of technical widgets, vendor
   deliverables, and other work packages involved in delivery of multiple,
   concurrent, cross-Program releases.
   - Participating in Quality Reviews of Conceptual Designs, Detail
   Designs, Detail Test Plans
   - Collaborating with Program leadership teams and change control
   committee(s) to monitor dependencies and schedule impacts as they relate to
   Program deployments
   - Supporting Program Managers with issue, risk and defect
   resolution/escalations as appropriate
   - Monitoring and supporting the adherence to the overall test strategy
   across programs
   - Providing direction and guidance to Program teams challenged with late
   critical component   delivery (via e.g. SWAT team leadership)
   - Being a voice for the Program teams in Executive updates on IT
   enterprise readiness for the Programs.

*Organizational environment:*
The company is executing an unprecedented number of key and large Programs
related to PPACA (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act),
simultaneously over the next three years.  The Programs have their delivery
milestones across multiple releases and tracks.  Coordinating across
releases and tracks within each Program is complex.  While the Programs
appear to be self-contained entities, most have dependencies with another
Program or project.  The dependencies have multiple dimensions that include
architecture, data, code modules, infra-structure, test environments,
personnel, and vendors.  We are looking for a seasoned, expert Enterprise

To be perfectly clear the customer expects to (not an OpenText expert
so apologies if this is only 90% correct):
1.
Bring files (Digital or hardcopy) into the OpenText â EURO oeScanningâ EURO 
solution with an OCR capability
2.
Scan or bring up the image of the electronic document and display on the monitor
3. Have the system attempt to identify the fields with the OCR
4. Allow the user via the interface to correct the OCR readings
5. Assign the appropriate SAP document number
6.
File the document in the OpenText DB (or other non-SAP application
(SharePoint)  while simultaneously attaching it to the SAP document
7.
Use either the VIM product or standard SAP invoice management to
process the document through an approval process
8. Eventually post the document allowing the check run to pay the invoice.

Ideally we would like to look at other options for scanning (QA
records for example) and attaching them to the appropriate SAP element
for easy access as well a

s possibly using other components of OpenText but our primary concern
is to find a resource who have the skillset and experience to
implement the elements above

 with the support of a project team that is no OpenText background or
experience.
