Delivery

• Review requirements and design specifications with an emphasis
towards product testability

• Assess Epic/Project/Program level test requirements with Test

Owners using collaborative test planning process.  Ensure all
Epic/Project/Program level impacts and risks are accounted for in plan.

• Ensure test coverage developed and delivered by agile teams
covers all acceptance and functional testing required through review and
feedback on the test plans

• Ensure agile teams are maximizing the efficiency and efficacy of
automated testing being delivered as part of the overall test plan

• Ensure agile teams are maximizing the coverage and efficacy of
unit testing and component testing as part of the overall test plan through
review and feedback of the xUnit testing

• Assess non-QA testing being performed against application

• Ensure existing test suites are routinely evaluated and
maintained to provide required level of coverage

• Ensure all required governance is met, including traceability of
testing across all layers and test types

• Identify and report risks associated with development and delivery

• Identify, implement, manage and report appropriate metrics

• Work with the Quality Assurance organization to ensure
established procedures, standards and processes are utilized consistently

*SKILLS REQUIRED: *
• 5 years of industry experience as a Front-End developer with some user
experience
• 1+ years’ experience with Mobile UI development for iOS, Android or

• 3+ years’ experience with HTML, JavaScript and CSS, preferably HTML5,
CSS3 and Bootstrap
• Hands-on experience with a number of JavaScript libraries and frameworks,

   - 5 years or more Microsoft.Net experience highly preferred
   - Development expertise including using CRM API and services and writing
   CRM plugins required
   - Previous experience with writing SSRS Reports for CRM is required
   - 2 years of writing Web resources and other customization codes for CRM
   is required
   - Experience with working with Oracle PL/SQL is preferred
   - Previous experience with writing interfaces between CRM and other
