*Role: *SFDC CPQ BA
*Job Description:*This position will analyze the existing SFDC
ecosystem and provide BA responsibilities in the rollout of the CPQ tool.
This position provides process impact review, systems impact, and
functional user analysis with the functional business team utilizing the
CPQ tool. The Business Analyst role requires understanding and
implementation of CPQ best business practices to improve the overall CPQ
experience for the business stakeholders.
*Responsibilities:*
The BA role will consult, educate, facilitate and communicate knowledge and
application of system tools/processes to all the functional business
stakeholders and the CPQ tool implementation.
This role requires the Business Analyst to analyze, organize and document
all changes related to the CPQ rollout including, user stories, process
flows, use cases, impact analysis, gap analysis, risks, and assumptions.
The Business Analyst will collaborate with Systems Architects and
Development Teams in creating functional specifications and present Proof
of Concept / Conference Room Pilot to the business stakeholders with
proposed solutions generated from the System Architects.
The Business Analyst may develop and execute testing and remediate issues
identified during test cycles. They will manage and drive to completion the
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the CPQ changes, and coordinate defect
resolution. This includes pre-meetings to develop and approve testing
scripts with the Business Stakeholders and offshore teams.
The Business Analyst will participate in the deployment planning and final
production deployment of the solutions and support users in any post
deployment issues.
*Requirements:*
SFDC Business Analyst - 5 years experience
SteelBrick CPQ Business Analyst experience – prefer 2 implementations
Agile experience
Jira Agile tool experience
Certifications is a must – Either SFDC Administrator or Developer
*Additional Qualifications:*
The role requires strong collaboration and interpersonal skills across the
Information Services teams in the organization. This includes functional
and technical teams across on-site and off-shore partners to deliver
knowledge transfer of requirements and functional design.
