· Lead development of various facets of the Hadoop based Big Data
solutions and PoC/PoT

· Understand customer analytics needs, and translate them into
(pluggable) Hive UDFs/UDAFs

· Prototype creative solutions quickly, and be able to guide the
team in crafting and implementing superior technical vision

· Ensure software quality assurance and adherence to standards and
processes

· Provide timely and appropriate communication to business owners,
stakeholders, and users on issue status and resolution

· Train and mentor team on development through Hadoop technologies
