*Job Description:*

· Analysis of existing DDMi environment.

· Migration to HP Universal Discovery.

· Upgrade DDMi agents to UDi agents.

· Perform discovery of 400 network devices via Universal Discovery.

· Integration to Asset Manager.

· Re-align software counters per newly discovered data, as required.

· Integration of up to 200 Windows Servers from Microsoft SCCM to
HP Asset Manager.

· Provide Documentation on the upgrade.



*Low Level Tasks :*

· Analyze existing DDMi environment including probe architecture,
scheduling and other configuration elements.

· Design an architecture as per best practices and new release.

· Install HP UCMDB 10.1

· Upgrade DDMi Agents to 9.3 and then 10

· Perform the upgrade on test devices and validate results.

· Scale out agent transition up to 300 Unix servers.

· Perform discovery results validation and troubleshooting.

· Perform discovery of 400 network devices via UD.

· Upgrade HPAM 9.3 to 9.5

· Perform integration of existing HP Connect-IT DDMi to HP AM
scenario.

· Replicate the existing integration via the out-of-the-box HP
UCMDB to HP Asset Manager integration adaptor.

· Push hardware, operating system and software attributes from HP
UCMDB to HP AM.

· Re-align software counters per newly discovered data, as required.

· Integrate up to 200 Windows Servers from Microsoft SCCM to HP
Asset Manager and help develop a procedure for SMBC staff to continue
efforts with rest of the servers.

· Hardware, Operating System and Software Attributes.

· Perform knowledge transfer and provide as-built documentation.
