*Skills Required and Job Description:*

*MOI : TELEPHONIC + SKYPE*

BI Development: Develop reports, dashboards, SQL queries or aggregations
using Tableau


Data Visualization: Synthesize and translate business data needs into
creative visualizations in Tableau

Data Querying: Be able to write SQL to do initial data exploration that
can then be communicated or translated to warehouse developers for database
development

Prototyping: Build prototypes for demonstration and illustration
purposes for peer groups, business partners or senior leaders

Problem Solving: Support peers and stakeholders as a reporting Subject
Matter Expert (SME) through prototypes, troubleshooting and analysis of
results



Qualifications:



Required



Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or
equivalent degree/experience

5+ years’ experience with Business Intelligence/Analysis

3+ years’ experience with Tableau

Strong SQL Server proficiency (SSMS, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS)

Experience with data/reporting marts

Ability to work under pressure, meet fixed deadlines and have a
flexible approach to working hours (when required) to meet those deadlines

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Strong understanding of data visualization concepts and best practices

Strong attention to detail

Proven track record to take ownership of problems/issues and see them
to completion

*Description:*

   - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in computer science,
   information technology, or other related field of study, or equivalent
   experience
   - 3-5+ years of UI design and development experience
   - 2+ years Webfocus (version 7.6.x - 8.x) and/or Tableau (version 9.0)
   development experience (preferably experience with both tools)
   - Strong SQL coding skills
   - Strong HTML and JavaScript coding skills
   - Strong Dialog Manager skills
   - Strong presentation, team, and people skills
   - Effective verbal and written communications skills
   - Strong problem solving, analytical, and decision making skills
   - Relational database experience (Teradata and/or SQL Server experience
   a plus)
   - OLAP database experience (Essbase experience a plus)
   - Informatica experience a plus
   - Report Caster skills a plus
