Expertise in delegation, task allocation, monitoring/review to the closure Ability to pick up domain knowledge on Retail business Expertise in using project management looks like JIRA, MS Project(MPP), etc Strong workflow management and quality control skills Ability to motivate teams and deliver to tight deadlines with fixed resources Excellent inter personal skills enabling effective communication and conflict management At least 2 or 3 years experience of managing Java based projects as per Agile methodology Ability to work with the Product Owner to analyze and decompose the Product Backlog items Expereice working in Retail/CPG domain and Multi-channel environment *Roles and responsibility:* Responsible for driving a medium sized team to deliver solution for a B2B ecom production issues. Resolving impediments for the team Tracking and timely delivery of Time critical Production tickets.
