using bind variables for procedures/packages
Hi,
I know how to do it for regulard query statement but I
wasn't sure how to do it with procedures and packages.
I have this procedure. e.g.
I have this procedure
'begin
run_proc ('foo','blah');
end;
'
the procedure will be called either in a perl script.
How would I change it so that it uses bind variables?
Because it will be executed many times every hour and
every day.

select strings with '_' in it
Hello, I have this data 'v_lan' and also 'vclan'. I would like to select 'v_lan' but not 'vclan'. Is it possible to do that?
