Should work perfectly on the following platform:

Database sync question ?

Hi listeners,

I would like to know if any of you have tried this before.  I would like
to know if any one has tried to setup an application that would do a
dual commit to two Oracle Databases, and be able to keep the database in
sync should an outage occur on one of the databases without using
Replication, Hot Standby or Parallel Server?
