What is your opinion on this? Seems, Metalink doesn't have any :(
SQL> create table test_pk(
2 id nvarchar2(20) primary key
3 );

SQL> create table test_Fk(
2 id nvarchar2(20),
3 constraint c_test_FK foreign key(id) references test_pk(id) on delete
cascade);
Table created.
SQL> insert into test_pk values (N'1');
1 row created.
SQL> insert into test_fk values (N'1');
1 row created.
SQL> commit;
Commit complete.
SQL> delete from test_pk ;
delete from test_pk

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-12704: character set mismatch
