You go to: http://www.oracle.com/education/certification/faq/index.html?otndisc.html There are easy instrunctions there (two steps), you have to provide some info for Oracle University, and you get to the page with the code. So _that's_ what OPP stands for! I registered online at http://www.2test.com I just put the promotion code in the little text box. Don't have to talk to anyone that way or answer questions. If its your first time online you might have to go through an annoying registration process though. OPP worked for me.
