Query Tool That Reads LOBs, CLOBs, etc.

We have a development project that is using third
party software. The tables include several clob
datatypes.  The project needs to identify a tool that
allows a knowledgeable user can use to browse data in
the CLOBs.

Does anyone have any suggestions of tools to do this?
