Yep, 
it's certainly possible. And from both ends. You can use the Oracle 
Transparent Gateway product, or the equivalent Sybase gadget (its name escapes 
me at the moment).

Really 
depends from which end you wish to do the driving.

product can replicate from Sybase to Oracle, and do any kind of 
mapping or transformation that is needed.
