Hi friend,

i didn't succeed it with the format X'9' for the datafile delemited by
'tab'.

Could u help me in this.

the followin is the control file of mine:
load data 
infile *
into table abba1
fields terminated by X'9'
(a,b)
begindata
2384'vnb'
398489  'dke'

create table abba1(a number, b varchar2(30));
