Well I am not a guru, but I am going to take a shot. I had a very similar internal error on a version 7.3.4 database. I was compiling stored procedures as well. I called Oracle Support, and was told to apply a patch. In my case I had changed three lines of code. I commented one out and renamed a couple of variables. The whole instance came tumbling down when I compiled the new version. Of course I had to repeat this process a number of times just to make sure that my few changes had in fact triggered a much deeper problem within Oracle. So give those support folks a call, and let us know if they helped you out. Please check for all other invalids in your system and compile them first manually and see if that package is also validated. Then compile your forms.
