Hi ! I don't think any dictionary table has info about X$ tables. These are directly from Oracle Source code. It is bit exposed via V$FIXED_TABLE.And the contents of these tables (or views) are dynamic. It has very limited life (till the shutdown) and you can not export the data from these tables.
