Four or more years of technical environment management particularly in relation to test and release processes A minimum of five years of experience in environment management of a technology platform. Proficiency in configuration management processes and tools in IT environment. Proficiency in creating detailed implementation plans. Proficiency in IT operations and support organizations Proficiency in other process frameworks and methodologies is a plus Strong problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills. Ability to build and manage relationships effectively in a matrix environment. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues to ensure system stability and maximize productivity is highly preferred. This position requires day and evening work hours and reports to the IT Director, Quality Management Office.
