Position: *Enterprise Architect* Location: *Local to Houston, TX* Duration: 3 Months *Need only Citizens & GC for the requirement.* Enterprise Architect Responsibilities • Responsible for establishing, developing, and promoting enterprise architecture standards* (TOGAF)*,as well as coordinating, developing and maintaining applications architecture for business capabilities specific landscapes. • Own the development of business architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps for the assigned portfolio. • Responsible for leading the effort for the future state design of the enterprise applications landscape • Ensure project compliance with applications architectural roadmaps, principles, standards and reference architectures • Lead the design effort for all components of a business application and application environment • Guide the applications functional specialist teams in the development of detailed designs as they relate to the landscape • Serve as technical leader for business application design and responsible for identifying emerging applications architecture technologies • Own the delivery of strategic blueprints and roadmaps in collaboration with application owners • Participates and collaborates on the daily *Agile SCRUM* in a constructive way, offering knowledge sharing Requirements • 8+ years of enterprise/application architecture and/or design experience • Experience required in all three domains (Application, Data, Technical), must be guru in one domain • Solid understanding of application architecture principles and methodologies • Ability to understand and interpret business requirements and objectives into technical solutions, frameworks and designs of complex IT systems/lanscapes • Deep knowledge of application architecture and technologies related to business change, identifying associated risks, advising business on trends, emerging technologies and strategies • Knowledge of *TOGAF (preferably certified) enterprise architecture* • Strong problem solving skills • Proven leadership experience • Agile team experience required Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred • Six or more years of consulting experience with enterprise/application architecture • One to two years of additional relevant experience in one or more technical specialty areas • Oil and Gas experience Other Qualifications • Good communication skills • Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment • Ability to devise creative technical solutions • Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems • Ability to lead in an Agile environment Thanks & Regards.....
