• Build systems with .NET 4.0 / ASP.NET / C#.NET / SQL Server 2008 / WCF
Web Services / MVC Architecture

• Develop new functionality on our existing software products.

• Maintain and create documentation for standards and best practices.

• Participate in a small energetic team on a rapid, agile development
schedule.

• Lead/mentor developers and share knowledge through knowledge-sharing
presentations.

*Generic Managerial Skills*

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer
science foundations, such as memory management and low-level algorithm
performance.

• Deep knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio
2008/2010, C#.NET, ASP.NET, WCF Web Services, ADO.NET, MVC Architecture &
TFS.

• Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices.

• Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI,
Business Logic Layer,

• Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented
architectures (SOA).

• Experience with JQuery or JavaScript is desirable.

• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.

• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.

• Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented,
responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional relationship management
skills.

• Passionate about building high-quality systems with software

Job Description



The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for the technical
enhancements and new features for custom developed applications, enhancing
and supporting them as necessary to meet business goals.  You will be part
of a software development team and will work on the full life-cycle
software development of both web based application as well as our non -web
applications. An ideal candidate will have an Agile/Scrum background and be
able to design high quality software solutions, skillfully leverage
software patterns, implement code and unit tests with other developers.
Part of ones duties will (but not limited to):





Maintain the applications Involved in converting existing applications
written in VB/VBScript/ASP to C#/ASPX.



*Required (Must Have’s) Skills & Experience*



5+ years of hands on development experience



Understanding of Object Oriented analysis and design, and patterns



*Fluent and live production experience with VS.NET/C#/ASPX
 and Microsoft .Net 4.0 experience *



*Understanding of SOAP and REST based web services *



*Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005/2008/T-SQL *



*Exposure to javascript, Jquery*



Ability to work directly with internal customers/project owners



Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually



Bachelor degree in IT is highly desirable.
