Please go through the following job rek, if interested send me the updated resume with contact details ASAP. *Position: Data Analytics Manager* *Location: Troy, MI* *Duration: 12+ months-strong possibility of extension (local candidates only)* Will work to gather business requirements, participate in their prioritization, manage or perform required developments-*must be familiar with BI tools used (QlikView, SAP BO and Microsoft BI) & proficient in at least one or two.* Will interact with potentially any employee in the organization and with some suppliers. Will participate to Data Management group to ensure this element is well considered in all BI initiatives. *Responsibilities:* Manage Data and Analytics Services & own the complete life cycle of information flow between systems Create Operating Level Agreements and metric to measure efficiency and effectiveness of services Define data quality and DW/Business Intelligence architecture standards Meet with key business stakeholders on a monthly basis to review services and make any necessary adjustments Create and manage a data services team that will quickly react to the changing information needs of the business Study and analyze key business operations in terms of processes/functions, information, technology and organization to drive innovation within business processes and supporting technologies. Maintain process knowledge over the respective processes and its dependencies to the whole process chain Provide the governance program (includes policies, architecture, etc.) that will enable efficient and legally compliant usage of company's data Enforce the governance program by working with key business areas to promote understanding and compliance Manage Team, support sourcing of resources, manage resources, set clear goals and measure resource achievement of those goals Establish a culture that attracts top talent and provide ability for personnel development Develop and maintain high performing resources for use across projects Insure quality performance (on-time, within budget and scope) Comply with department budgets as required (mobile phone, travel, etc.) Develop and manage project budgets within respective portfolio Participate and drive data and analytics strategy Manage development of BI applications & work in close collaboration with business teams and client facing to ensure BI tools provide value Participate to developments for fast prototyping Lead governance of Data Management group, insure compliance to established funding and applicable policies Establishing and providing architectural governance over the analytical layer of technologies Creation and enforcement of standards for any electronic data related activities Managing a team which provides business services in the area of analytical data including the following activities: data extracts, data additions into the ODS, addition of services, consulting to project teams related to reports, dashboards, calculations, data extracts, additions or services which exist or need to be created to support the project, consulting related to data location, availability and movement, consulting related to services architecture, consulting related to data standards Collaborating with other IT groups on strategy and architecture decisions around electronic data use, transmission or storage Responsible for the development of BI systems in close relation with business managers and IT suppliers-will participate to development of BI strategy and implementation. *Required:* 5+ years’ experience *Knowledge of BI tools (ideally SAP BO, QlikView, Microsoft BI)* Excellent communication skills, customer oriented behavior and team player Capable of working with different cultures with IT and Business people *Good technical skills (ETL, DW and BI tools)* Extensive knowledge of data operations and data movement Expertise – Broad knowledge of business systems and processes Relevant Experience – Ability to initiate and lead a data quality program Relevant Experience - in business systems analysis in a large scale environment across multiple systems Relevant Experience - Knowledge of information technologies (ETL, MDM, Data Profiling) and how to use them to increase positive business impact Work with all areas of the technology management organization to enable core data movement and governance.
