Demantra, Purchasing, Inventory, Bills of Material, and Order Management

•Utilizing production planning and MRP information from Oracle to
develop off-line spreadsheet/database models that will be used to determine
capital expenditure [machine, fixture] and headcount decision making,
sourcing decisions, and schedule feasibility/optimization

•Recommends system functional improvement to meet user requirements.

•Ensures system and process user requirements are properly defined
and met and tasks are accomplished within defined timeframes at the highest
quality with attention given to detail and scalability

•Ensures the solution delivered actually adds value to the business
and will help prepare all satisfaction, utilization, and ROI calculations
of the solution

•Manage Supply Chain team members' adherence of standard processes,
maintenance of quality and performance to service levels and schedule.

•Identify system issues and other unique issues, escalate and
resolve as appropriate - be responsible for systems problem management
activities for the supply chain team.

•Establish positive working relationships with other team members
so that the team receives comprehensive information to build according to
the requirement

•Should have in-depth functional understanding of ASCP and Demantra
modules with basic technical knowledge about applications and database
related to these applications. Skilled in Demand Planning, good
understanding of Supply Chain Planning, and fair understanding of Oracle
Value Chain Planning process flows and best practices is essential.

•Responsible for BR100 and MD50 documentation and collaboration
with onsite and offshore development team along with testing of developed
component for an application.

•Working knowledge of Oracle Web ADI is a plus to maintain master

DEP’s enterprise system is called eFACTS (Environmental Facility
Application Compliance Tracking System).  It is an Oracle web form based
application that uses an Oracle 11G DB as the back end.  It provides a
holistic view of the clients and sites (including facilities) that DEP
regulates.  In addition it tracks the various functions that support DEP
regulations such as compliance activities, bonding, fees, certifications,
authorizations/licenses/permits, etc.  eFACTS is a complex system
encompassing thousands of business rules.  There are over 2000 users from
all facets of the department, plus several external users.It provides
for basic data entry roles, application processors, compliance specialist,
bonding, certification, etc.  The eFACTS system has over 140 Oracle Forms,
over 2500 tables in its main schema, and over a thousand other tables,
views indexes for interfacing with integrated systems.
Due to the complexity of this system, it is highly desirable to attain
Forms developers who have experience with Ooracle Forms/Reports 10G/11G.
 These individuals will be utilized to support the existing system,
implement enhancements for the various program areas, assist in upgrades
and architectural changes, and provide mentoring and support to DEP staff.
  These positions may be involved in any or all facets of developing
application system such as defining user requirements, system impacts,
analysis, coding, testing, deployments, documentation, etc.

   - Working experience in Agile development environment
   - Extensive experience with SQL DML, DDL, and UNIX scripting skills with
   experience of PL/SQL, stored procedure, packages
   - Ability to debug and troubleshoot Java applications with embedded SQL
   statements and DB function calls
   - Experience with SQL performance tuning and root cause analysis.
   - Experience using AnthillPro, Subversion or other software packages for
   version control and deployment build
   - In depth knowledge OLTP application development
   - knowledge of Oracle database, relational data modeling, and full life
   cycle database design and application development
   - Fundamental database administration concept including maintaining a
   large database, data cleansing, indexing and constraint strategies
   - Solid interpersonal skills
   - Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form

*JOB SUMMARY*

The Senior Application Developer Analyst is responsible for new development
projects as well as support activity using PL / SQL programming tools.  The
Senior Application Developer Analyst is also responsible for development and
delivery of Oracle E-Business Suite software components including PL/SQL
concurrent programs, Oracle Reports, Oracle Discoverer Workbooks, Oracle
Forms and OA Framework web pages.  Development will consist of building
PL/SQL packages and procedures, views, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms and Java
self-service web pages.  Development may also consist of utilizing Oracle
Portal technology to deliver reporting through our intranet and extranet
sites.  This person will perform as the go to person for issue and problem
resolution in areas of expertise and mentor and share best practices with

· Perform Developer project tasks as agreed to by the PM related to

   - Excellent knowledge of Oracle BPEL Process Manager versions 10.1.2 and
   10.1.3.4 with WebLogic 9.2.
   - Has a long track of middleware, java experience
   - Design and implement the common Error handling/Exception handling
   mechanism for all BPEL processes with either custom solution or with
   sensors.
   - Propose and implement the best industry standards for these processes.
   - Implement measures to stabilize the current production environment with
   clustering/high availability.
   - Implement BPEL monitoring to fix issues proactively rather than
   reactive.
   - Recommend and Implement performance measures for BPEL Process Manager
   setup and corresponding WebLogic configurations.
   - As we plan to upgrade next year to SOA 11g suite of products, need
