The Senior Business Analyst will primarily serve in the support of the current and future applications and the requirement analysis process. Providing consulting on reactive, proactive and enhancement support services, as well as testing services to one or many applications *Responsibilities include the following:* · Collect, review, analyze, manage, system and user requirements from business users · Document detailed functional & data business requirements, process flows, use cases, & information needs · Work with the ADM technical leads to clarify functional requirements. · Primary liaison to QA team, create test scenarios and perform UAT., · Serve as a liaison to other teams in planning, coordination, development and deployment of multi-team enhancement or projects · project · Ensures delivery of project and enhancement requirements meet the requirements defined by the business customer. · Accountable for ensuring training needs are met for new or existing applications 40% 1. Analyze/understand business challenges; map current business processes to the new system or service, determine interface requirements, and resolve any issues which may affect the business process. 25% 2. Develop detailed functional requirements & testing scenarios that can be used to develop internal design specifications for systems or services. 15% 3. Work with the technical analysts to ensure that the delivered system matches the functionality specified; Ensure business satisfaction with IT services and products; understand and communicate user expectations. 10% 4. Assist the users in developing their user or business procedures. *Roles & Responsibilities * - Analyze, document and finalize detailed requirements for the replacement of an enterprise MDM system. · Work with our business team to elicit detailed requirements and depict business process flows of Title/Product master data management operations. · Translate business requirements into specifications for the MDM technical teams, and work with those teams to ensure a successful implementation. · Maintains and translates requirements traceability matrix from design phase to UAT phase. *Preferred Qualifications* - Data Quality Integration: Understand data quality processes and tools and can assist an enterprise data quality team in developing data cleansing solutions for hub data, both at initial loads as well as for ongoing data quality maintenance. · Business Intelligence Integration: Understands reporting solutions such as Business Objects and can assist the BI Analytics Delivery team in designing and delivering BI solutions involving hub integration. · Training and User Support: Communicates efficiently with customers and can be responsible for developing training materials for the MDM processes and tools.
