NEED .NET ARCHITECT Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 1 YEAR Interview TODAY. Enterprise Architect skill set. ยท Responsibilities for this role include: - Architect and design state-of-the-art enterprise application solutions - Provide technology guidance to the information systems team - Research new architecture options, tools and utilities - Develop proof of concept solutions - Must have past experience with localization/internationalization product implementation - Code complex components for applications as required - Tune applications for performance and stability - Debug and resolve complex production issues - Establish design and coding standards - Review application design and code - Help implement industry best practices - Lead development/implementation effort as required - Work closely with IT teams to implement solutions Requirements: - 5+ years experience in architecting enterprise application solutions - 10+ years experience designing and developing Microsoft-based web application solutions using Classic ASP/COM, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> (v 1.1/3.5 w plans to move to 4.0), LINQ, AJAX framework, JavaScript, Silverlight, C#, HTML, XML, XSLT, using both Oracle & SQL Server databases. - 5+ years experience designing Databases Schemas - 5+ years explicit experience developing with .Net Technologies using C#. Experience should include developing all layers of an n-tier application. Experience should include Web applications, Windows applications, web services, integration with 3rd party products and developing re-usable class libraries. -Experience with leading development of systems with advanced concepts such as transactional development, asynchronous communication, multi-tier systems, clustering, etc - Requires deep knowledge of programming languages and technologies such as ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, C#; development frameworks such as .net Framework, WCF, Javascript, DHMTL, AJAX toolkits, jQuery, XML, XSLT, ADFS, LDAP. - Foundational knowledge of other technical areas such as networks, capacity planning, security, and integration - 5+ years experience in developing using PLSQL as well as T-SQL - 10+ years hands on development exposure to varied development platforms - Experience SOA implementation - Knowledge of Production Application Infrastructure (IIS, Security, Server Setup, Load Balancing, Replication, disaster Recovery, etc.) as well as debugging and resolving production issues -Good understanding the software development methodologies. Experience with software engineering using test driven development methodology, agile development.
