*This position is for a SFDC developer. It would be about 40% Analysis, 50
Development and 10% Administration. *



The Analyst, Digital Applications is responsible for actively participating
in all phases of the software development lifecycle of the global consumer
experience platform. This person must be a hands-on technology professional
with development experience in public facing, enterprise class, on-line
systems. Experience should include e-commerce platforms, content management
systems (CMS), customer relationship management systems (CRM) and/or
middleware. This individual must possess the ability and desire to be
flexible and quickly learn new technologies and skills. Successful
candidates should be able to approach projects with an analytical mind,
work collaboratively to identify goals and offer solutions. This person
needs to be comfortable with developing solutions in a group or individual
environment and communicating to all levels of the organization. The
incumbent works closely with internal customers, colleagues and all
stakeholders to identify requirements for strategic, tactical and
operational opportunities both within existing and new architectures.



*Responsibilities:*



·         Collaborate closely with the cross-functional team to
design/development new capabilities to transform the customer experience
channels and for factors, meeting the changing needs of our business while
maintaining standardization.

·         Actively participate in all phases of the software development
life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing and
implementation utilizing knowledge of best practicesLead requirement
gathering sessions with cross-functional teams.

·          Managing and implementing customization requests, including
creating workflow triggers, workflow alerts, automated email responses, etc.

·         Ensuring Salesforce.com data accuracy, including updating,
de-duplication, importing and exporting records, and ongoing maintenance
using various data management tools and maintenance routines.

·         Providing appropriate data access and security by maintaining the
role hierarchy, access profiles and other security systems within
Salesforce.com.

·         Developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards in
Salesforce.com to provide business intelligence for Sales and other
departments.

·         Collaborating with technical resources to establish and maintain
effective integration between Salesforce.com and other enterprise systems.

Salesforce.com.

be flexible and learn quickly.

·                      Self- motivated professional with strong attention
to detail, time management and organizational skills.

·                      Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to
effectively communicate and thrive in a cross-functional team development
environment as well as stay on task when working alone.

·                      Ability to work on multiple projects, reprioritize
as needed and consistently deliver on time.

·                      Strong working knowledge of object oriented
analysis, design and development.



*Experience:*



·                  A Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS or related field.

·                  *5+ years’ experience with Salesforce.com*.

·                  One or more Salesforce.com certifications a
plus(Administrator, Sales, Service, or Developer).

·                  Integrations between Salesforce.com and other enterprise
systems.

·                  Data Quality Management experience.

·                  Experience managing a project or serving as a project
team lead on the implementation of an enterprise system.

·                  Experience training users of Salesforce.com and building
materials for the Sales team to extend efficiencies.

·                  Demonstrated experience performing business analysis for
Salesforce.com, including new implementations, feature enhancements and
troubleshooting.

·                  Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a
fast-paced environment.

·                  Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, provide
documentation, guidance and instruction to users, at all levels.

·                  Must have experience creating and maintaining the
following: Profiles, roles, security, workflows, validation rules, advanced
formulas, custom objects,

         reports, dashboards, views, custom links, and administration.

·                  Sales/Service processes background.

·                   *Must have a Salesforce.com Certification OR equivalent
work experience*.

·                   Demonstrated experience performing business analysis
for Salesforce.com, including new implementations, feature enhancements and
troubleshooting.

·                   Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, provide
documentation, guidance and instruction to users, at all levels.



*Working Relations:*



·         Reports to IT Manager.

·         Has regular contact and coordinates with end-users of business
units as well as other IT professionals.

·         Keeps informed of existing and evolving technologies in the
marketplace
