*Location : * *VA-Virginia/Crystal City* *Duration : 6+ Months* Our client has an immediate need for a Mid-Level Java Developer on a Long term (possible option for Contract to Perm), high profile, Federal Government project in Crystal City, VA. This is a high priority position requiring the resource to: Develop software and build the next generation information sharing module in iterative design/build/test cycles using an Agile development process using open-source framework, using Mulesoft, RESTful web services, Java Spring MVC to design, build and test software components Work closely with DevOps Engineers, Junior Developers, QA Automation Engineers in AWS cloud environments using CI/CD toolsets and automation. The continuous integration pipeline is based on Gradle, Git and Jenkins to incrementally build our overall system and get immediate feedback on build performance Closely collaborate with stakeholders, infrastructure, middleware teams to make it easy for them to roll out new code and test new features Perform O&M Support for the existing software applications Develop and suggests alternative approaches to resolving problems.
