SQR Developer Location: PA Duration: 4 months (Development can be remote after initial startup)
DESCRIPTION Under general direction of the designated Manager, evaluates, recommends and executes SQR program changes. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluates existing SQR programs to determine appropriateness, effectiveness, and need for change; makes recommendations to management on all technical aspects of the business change requests. Preferred, but not required: evaluates existing panels & Ecode (Peoplecode) to determine appropriateness, effectiveness, and need for change; makes recommendations to management on all technical aspects of the business change requests. Responsible for educating user departments in the operation and use of new functions. Codes, unit tests, debugs and documents SQR programs, and enhances existing programs to ensure that data processing production systems continue to meet user requirements. Interacts with user management regarding project status and user requirements to promote an environment with improved productivity and satisfaction. Performs related duties as assigned.
