their Learning Mgmt. System. Any Oracle Developers focused on HRMS or HCM,


*Must Have Skills: *Oracle EBS - HRMS module Experience
Java Development Experience
PL/SQL knowledge
Experience integrating Oracle EBS HR module within various environments
Oracle Learning Management is a HUGE plus

*Job Summary:*
The Red Hat IT Products and Customer Services, People and Payroll team, is
seeking a Senior Software Applications Developer to join us in Raleigh, NC.
In this role, you will work with the IT People and Payroll teams supporting
the Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) HCM application conversions and
integrations. You'll collaborate with team members to design, develop,
test, and release project work. As a Senior Software Applications
Developer, you will contribute to

the team's capabilities by demonstrating technical competence, personal
initiative, creativity, learning, sharing, and teamwork.


*Required Skills: **Technically proficient in programming languages,
specifically Oracle PL/SQL.
*Knowledge of JAVA and XML is a plus.
*Solid database and operating system systems knowledge in Oracle EBusiness
Suite (EBS), Linux etc.
*Strong experience with Oracle EBS integrations, specifically for Learning
Management Systems is a big plus
*Strong skills with Oracle Developer tools such as Forms and Reports.
*Detailed understanding of Oracle applications architecture including AOL
and OA framework.
*Excellent knowledge of the architecture of Oracle HRMS modules and
Workflows
*Ability to design, develop, and test custom solutions such as interfaces
in and out of Oracle HRMS, reports, and extensions to the Oracle HRMS
modules.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills.
*Ability to effectively document the technical aspects of Oracle solutions
and 3 rd partysolutions
*Excellent analytical skills.
*Willingness to guide and willingness to learn
*Self motivated and good organizational time management skills
*Act as a technical expert, addressing problems of system integration,
compatibility, across multiple platforms.
*Responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting complex issues and
implementing solutions


*Required Experience: **5+ Years of experience in Oracle Applications
Development and integrations with Oracle HRMS modules including Self
Service Oracle Apps
*Good working knowledge on workflow Builder, OAF, Java, Learning Management
Content Servers
*Design and development of inbound and outbound interfaces in multiple HRMS
modules.
*Design and development of complex custom HRMS reports.
*Design and development of extensions to Oracle HRMS modules.
*Experience with technical documentation of custom solutions.
*Experience in Performance Tuning
