*Job Title* Sr. QA Analayst *Project Location* Jersey City, NJ *Duration* 6 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI: Telephonic+Face to Face* * Responsibilities Include:* - Creation and customization of projects, user access control, customization of workflow, monitoring performance and license management. - Support users with defect management issues, creating defect metrics and implementing best practices for requirement traceability. - Assist test team in the development of all testing-related reports through QC reports. - Ability to be hands-on or lead based on the situation. - Provide expertise in scope definition, effort estimation and viability of test automation. - Designing automation frameworks and creating automation scripts. - Assisting automation test lead in activities like creating automated test artifacts including test plans, creating test scripts and defect management. - Installing, configuring, and maintaining Client-QTP. - Reporting of key testing metrics and trends pertaining to test design & execution, highlighting system quality and project status against committed project milestones. *Required Skills and Experience:* - Expert level proficiency in Client QC is mandatory, Certification is preferred. - Proficient in QA testing methodologies and processes. - Proficiency in requirements and test case upload through Excel. - Experience with customizing the dashboard/report module. - Extensive experience in automating applications on multiple platforms. - Expert level proficiency in Client QTP is mandatory, Certification is preferred. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing, including but not limited to: Creating test automation strategy, Creating test automation frame work, Designing QTP scripts, Reviewing QTP scripts and identifying/correcting semantic errors, Generating test data, Executing QTP scripts. - Data Manipulation Language (DML) skills and experience is desired. - Hands-on experience specifying, establishing and managing test environments and test data are desired.
