The candidate filling this Oracle DBA-Lead position will develop, deploy and

   Data Analyst, application development reviews, and documented results from

   - Trouble-shoots database and/or software problems as they apply to

tuning skills. Thorough knowledge of understanding and interpreting Oracle
Stats pack, AWR and ADDM reports. Experience working on 10g RAC database
applications, Oracle OEM Grid control, RMAN is a plus.  Hands on experience
working with Power Designer a plus.

*Sr. Project Manager "Claims"* Background:

This position is for the "Claims Enhancement or Claims Centralization"
project. The goal for this project is to build and leverage functionality in
FEPExpress System so that local plans have option to use centralized claims
processing systems from FEPOC/SBP.



The work involves managing two or more projects comprising of 15-20 full and
part time IT professionals in a matrix organization. The projects include
full life cycle software development (requirements analysis, design,
development, testing, and implementation) as well as infrastructure related
work (requirements analysis, design, installation, and configuration of h/w
and s/w components).
Tasks:

   - Adhere and follow the PMO defined Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC)
   processes.
   - Support and assist SQA (Software Quality Assurance) activities and
   processes.
   - Create and maintain various project artifacts, including but not
   limited to:
  - Project Charter/Initiation Document
  - Project Plan including subsidiary plans for managing requirements,
  change, testing, communication, implementation, risk, issues etc.
  - Project Schedule in MS Project
  - Resource Allocation Model and resource Estimate
  - Risk and Issue Logs
   - Work cooperatively on integrated team of FEPOC/SBP staff to
   successfully address any associated risks and issues.
   - Conduct, facilitate and participate in various FEPOC/SBP meetings
   regarding the coordination of project activities and deliverables
   - Manage scope, schedule, budget and quality for the assigned projects.
   - Ensure that all project milestones are met and deliverables are created
   with highest quality.
   - Monitor and control resource utilization per the approved budget.
   - Prepare monthly financial variance report (actual vs. budget) and
   provide forecast through the end of the project.
   - Ensure effective communication within and outside of the project team.
   - Report status to Program Manager on a regular basis.
   - Write various status reports.
   - Assist Program Manager in preparing and reporting statuses to Sr.
   Management and other Project Stakeholders.
   - 'Own' the assigned project and be on top of all project activities,
   issues, risks, deliverables, milestones and dependencies.
   - Other Project Management deliverables and tasks as assigned

Competencies:

   - Strong Project Management Skills
   - PMP Certification
   - Knowledge of and experience in managing full Software Development
   Lifecycle (SDLC) Projects. At a minimum, 5 years of direct project
   management experience is required.
   - Knowledge of and experience in IT environment (mainframe,
   infrastructure, Web/Java)
   - Excellent knowledge of MS Office 2000 tool set – MS Word, MS Excel, MS
   Project and MS Visio.
   - Strong communication skills
   - Ability to work independently
   - Ability to work under pressure
   - Ability to provide structure in an unstructured and rapidly changing
   environment
   - Highly motivated
   - Positive attitude
   - Health Care Industry Experience will be a plus.
