Project Description:

The project is to upgrade the Oracle IDAM components like Oracle Access

Data Center architecture.The architect will have the ability to work across
different IAM technologies and will be laying out the IAM roadmap for Client

Responsibilities/Deliverables

• The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect is accountable and
responsible for the business to technical requirements alignment, technical
design as per requirements, architecture and evolution of IAM services. IAM
services include, but not limited to, authentication and authorization,
session management, access requests, access provisioning, access
reauthorization, remote access, IAM services API, role and entitlement
models, and directory technologies. The IAM Architect will work with other
Architects and Product Managers to create a roadmap that meets strategic
and current requirements.
• The role responsibilities also include technical design/specification

What would a normal day for this position look like??

• Specifying guidelines and supporting processes for integration,
administration and maintenance. Interaction with application teams that

Financial Management Solutions (FMS) system to version PeopleSoft 9.2. F

Position Summary

• The senior PeopleSoft developer must have version 9.2 experience in a
public sector environment and be considered a technical Subject Matter
Expert (SME) in PeopleSoft enterprise development. Successful candidates
must have 12 years' experience in similar developer roles.
• The successful candidate will fulfill the role of PeopleSoft developer
and will have development experience with Application Designer, PeopleCode,
Application Engine and Application Package.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage respective PeopleSoft development to deployment including driving
all related project tasks, objectives and milestones. Direct and guide
PeopleSoft 9.2 development decisions as they related to the client business
processes. Report status to Project Management Office (PMO) team

• The successful candidate will fulfill the role of PeopleSoft portal
specialist who will be responsible for understanding and reviewing the

• The successful candidate will fulfill the role of PeopleSoft
administration lead who will be responsible for understanding and reviewing

Roles and Responsibilities

related to PeopleSoft and/or Oracle OBIEE environment needs

platform

Mandatory Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in PeopleSoft administration roles, 7 years'

• 1 year experience with PeopleTools 8.54 or higher, 1 year experience with

The organization is planning to upgrade the current PeopleSoft Enterprise
Financial Management Solutions (FMS) system to version PeopleSoft 9.2.

Position Summary

• The functional lead role for the PeopleSoft eProcurement (ePro) and
Purchasing (PO) modules must have version 9.2 experience in a public sector
environment and be considered a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) in
the stated module(s). Successful candidates must have 12 years' experience
in similar lead roles, be proficient with PeopleSoft design, configuration
and testing of PeopleSoft PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management (SCM)
application at it relates to the stated module(s) and their integration
with other PeopleSoft SCM and Financial Management Solutions (FMS) modules.
• Candidates shall possess deep business process experience and PeopleSoft
functional expertise in guiding business users and teams through the

including performing retrofit analysis by business process, updating

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage respective PeopleSoft modules to deployment including driving all
related project tasks, objectives and milestones; Direct and guide
PeopleSoft 9.2 functionality decisions as they related to the client
business processes;
• Provide business process design, configuration and documentation for any
new 9.2 functionality; Act as a liaison between the client functional and
technical staff; Report status to Project Management Office (PMO) team and
help draft regular communication across the project;
• Provide project estimates for changes in business process and / or
additional new functionality; Track, escalate and document project risks,
issues, decisions and changes to scope; Provide input and research into
project recommendations and decisions; Work with software vendor to submit

Mandatory Qualifications

• 12 years' combined experience in PeopleSoft eProcurement (ePro) or
Purchasing (PO) lead roles;
• 2 years' combined experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 ePro or PO modules in a
public sector environment (i.e., Federal, State, County, City, or
Municipality government, or Higher Education);
• 1 year experience with PeopleTools 8.54 or higher;
• 5 years' combined experience in full lifecycle upgrades or

Desired Skills

• Provide technical expertise, architect and develop web applications to
meet the needs of a variety of OEM customizations using the CORE product
platform
• Use comprehensive knowledge of current web technologies and best
practices to translate UI designs and workflows into working interactive
applications and experiences
• Verify implementation across multiple browsers and operating systems
• Ensure analytics, SEO and performance are considered during development
• Implement high-quality code in an agile, test-driven development
environment.
• Work with representatives from a variety of Client departments, clients,
and third party vendors to define/refine project requirements.
• Scope development effort, and provide reliable estimates.
• Actively work to improve quality and efficiency by evaluating standards
and suggesting improvements.

Participate in departmental process improvement initiatives.

*Qualifications:-*

• 8+ years of programming experience in building enterprise web solutions
• Experience with agile tool sets (such as TFS, Version 1, Rally, JIRA,
MSTest/NUnit/jUnit, Cruise Control, Jenkins/Hudson, Selenium/WebDriver,
Crucible, Code Collaborator, .)
• Strong knowledge of standards compliant HTML/XHTML/CSS
• Proficient in JavaScript
• Proven track record of taking Web projects from concept to deployment
• Comfortable with working in multi-disciplinary environment, working with
deadlines, and being a central part of the creative process
• Solid in object oriented design, design patterns, data structures, and
algorithms.
• Experience with test-driven development in an agile software environment.
• Ability to technically document software deliverables through use cases,
design documents and technical specifications.

In this role, they will be a critical member of the team building the
foundation for Client's next generation web platform. They will support and
extend running applications & assist in the design and development of new
