The candidate needs to be completely familiar with ZFS/Zoning/Jumpstarting as well as performance tuning and monitoring and all other Solaris 10 capabilities and capacities. - Standard NIS/PERL/Networking/etc. skills are expected. - Excellent project management, documentation, and peer communication skills required. - Minimal travel possible *Requirements:** *- This position requires 6+ years experience with strong Solaris 10 background, and in-depth Veritas skill sets – SF Foundation (5.0), HA (5.0) VCS/RAC (5.0), VVR (5.0) - Linux (RH 4.0+ / SUSE SLES 9+) ; AIX 5.3+ beneficial. - Strong day-to-day experience in UNIX skill sets of NFS/NIS/DNS required. Proficiency in Perl and shell scripting is essential.
