We are seeking an *Android Developer* for our premier client located in Schaumburg, IL.
This is a 6 month contract opportunity. *Responsibilities:* - Work on a cross platform team in a collaborative manner - Work within the bounds of a team environment and be self-motivated - Drive framework design and build advanced applications for the Android platform - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. - Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. - Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. *Requirements:* - Have published one or more Android apps, or significant experience creating native Android apps for the enterprise - Experience with third-party libraries and APIs (LiveChat, Urban Airship, Google Analytics) - Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies - Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle Palace Gate Corporation is an information technology, and finance and accounting consulting firm that provides innovative staffing solutions to industry leaders across the United States.
