Please help me out below position. *Role: QA Tester with development background * *Hiring for multiple locations: Austin (TX) and Livington (MA)* *Job type: Contract* *Need only EAD / GC / US citizens* *Job Description:* *Quality and Test Specialist: * Candidate will be an integral part of a team responsible for designing, coding, unit, function, and performance testing new features while rigorously adhering to the team s agile development processes. Candidate will be responsible for working in close collaboration with development, other test-focused engineers and the Level 2 support team to optimize our defect prevention practices for new features, and ensure that any defects found in our shipped products are fixed in a timely manner. Candidate will be ultimately responsible for working with a group of peers to ensure that our products are delivered on schedule and with high quality. Candidate may participate on a rotating team assigned to analyze and fix defects in existing, supported releases of Watson products. *Requirements*: Bachelor s Degree At least 6 months experience in Agile software development At least 2 years’ experience in Software testing and analysis At least 1 year experience in Java coding At least 1 year experience testing cloud-based services. Experience in writing test automation scripts.
