*Duties :*

Responsible for providing held desk support by reporting problems, making inquiries, and escalating problems when necessary for a designated customized application Answering incoming customer calls, documenting requests in the help desk database. Provide instructional, technical, and administrative support to end-users Troubleshoot to isolate problems working with end users until issues are resolved and/or requests are fulfilledSupport can consist of resolution of software and/or hardware problems, environmental or site-specific issues Ensure customer satisfaction by providing problem resolution in an efficient and effective mannerResponsible for working with logistics resources on the boxing, unboxing, organizing, tracking, and shipping of devices to end users

***Required Skills :*

Experience with iPad and/or other iOS based devices REQUIRED iPad, Mobility,Enterprise iPad deployment STRONGLY preferred Experience with Mobile Iron and other MDM platform a plus excellent communication, troubleshooting and customer service skills required PC, Windows XP, Windows 7, iTunes, iOS, MSOffice, Internet
