Workflow Modeling a. Ability to document medium to high complexity workflow models (process maps) from a Business perspective. (Visio experience preferred). b. Ability to define gaps, options, recommendations and build future state based upon recommendations. 2. Use Case Development a. Ability to understand and review User Goal use cases. b. Ability to write User Goal use cases based on workflow models. 3. Meeting management and Facilitation Skills Ability to manage and facilitate meetings with business areas, project groups, and technical groups to gain approval, resolve issues, and meet overall project goals. 4. Priority Management Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects, phases, and tasks. 5. Sense of Urgency - Possess a sense of urgency to drive their tasks as well as others. 6.
