IBM Maximo Technical Lead consultant for a 6 month + contract in St. Paul, MN location. ** Maximo Minimum Job Requirements: At least 1.5 years of experience with IBM Tivoli's Maximo Enterprise Asset Management software. Version 7 experience required. Only those with experience UPGRADING, IMPLEMENTING and SUPPORTING Maximo at an installation with MULTIPLE plants will be considered (Version 4, 5, 6). ** Must be a self starter, fast learner, and be able to work within the politics and policies of a large corporation. Must have excellent listening skills and must be a team player. ** Must be willing to document their work. ** Minimum skills required (all of the following): 1. IBM Maximo Asset Management System version 6 or 7 2. SQL 2005, Java, Websphere (we will talk to applicants with 2 of these 3) 3. Project management experience, RUP or a similar software development process, Stellar documentation skills ** Desired skills: ASP, JSP, Business Objects and BIRT reporting ** Desired experience in Rational Tools and some project management process (e.g. RUP). ** Prefer someone who has worked in an environment with a large IT group where different groups support the servers, the OS, the databases, and the software applications. ** Maximo experience is REQUIRED. At least 3 years experience Must have worked with version 7 Experience must be at an installation with at least 3 plants Highly desired to have experience with version 4 as well Highly desired to have experience as part of an upgrade team from version 4 to either 5 or 6 **
