As an individual contributor, this individual will be responsible for development and implementation of leading edge, business oriented IT solutions. Initiatives will primarily focus on Lifeline’s PeopleSoft Financial systems, but will also encompass multiple areas of the business including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Information systems.** *MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:* - Participate as a technical programming resource in both development and maintenance of Lifeline’s business information systems. Responsibilities include not only contributions as an individual contributor, but also as a leader for analysis, design and development of business systems. - Work closely with Database, Networking, Telecommunications and System Support teams to provide development support for a 24x7, mission-critical environment. - Participate in and conduct design and code reviews. - Follows appropriate structured software development and project management controls, methodologies and standards. - Establish and document appropriate project task lists and implementation schedules.
