Atleast three lifecycle implementations of Service Desk, ChaRM, and other Solution Manager Processes. > Strong Basis/NetWeaver Administration skills, along with experience in system installations, implementation, sizing and landscape migration across data centers. > Must have Production Support experience along with demonstrated ability to coordinate the support teams in a global environment. > Knowledge of Transport and change management practices. > Working knowledge of ALE, idocs, and file interfaces over FTP or other file transfer protocols. > Experience with Netweaver administration on the Java WebAS. > Experience with Performance management and tuning of systems and applications on both ABAP and Java WebAS. > Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to analyze customer requirements or error situations and design solutions to meet their needs. > SAP security GRC experience with at least one implementation is a must. > Good Knowledge in UNIX scripting *Nice to Have: * > Experience with system upgrades for above mentioned product landscapes to Current Versions. > Experience with Global template systems. > Ability to work on multiple requirements at the same time, and deliver quality results. > Working knowledge of ABAP and development tools. Position Requirements: Minimum 5 to 7 years hands-on SAP Basis support experience with a solid understanding of SAP BASIS fundamentals At least a Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related field Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills Experience in a multiple landscape multi-business environment and a good understanding of related BASIS issues Strong customer focus Ability to work effectively with a highly technical, virtually-located teams Knowledge of web technologies and/or SAP Portals Experience with ERP 2004 or greater, NW2004 or NW2004s, XI/Portal.
