*Location: Kansas City, MO* *Status: EAD-GC, GC, USC* *Interview: Phone and Skype * *Pay: $45/hr C2C * 3+ years of Linux - Intermediate to Senior Level (Messaging) 3+ years of operating as a System Administration/Application Administration at an Intermediate to Senior level 3+ years Intermediate level understanding of Network engineering (VLANS, traffic optimization, etc) Basic understanding of GPS / NMEA 183 Systems Integration (move to experience) 3+ years working in a VMWare Environment Preferred Experience Information Understanding of KCS or other Railroad Operational Processes as it relates to Locomotive, Signal and Communication processes. Skills Intermediate to senior level LINUX administrator Advanced Systems/software engineering experience with complex scripting abilities. Efficient use of Python, KSH/kornshell or other open source scripting languages.
