*Remedy Expert:*
A candidate at this level will apply advanced subject matter
knowledge(Remedy) to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a
subject matter expert. Contributes to the development of new solutions,
ideas and methodologies. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional
project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as
an expert providing suggestions to solutions including process improvements
and establishing policies. Exercises significant independent judgment
within broadly defined requirements to determine best method for
accomplishing tasks at hand.
· Professionals must work well within a team and be at ease with one or
more *Remedy Tools*
· Experience with *BMC/Remedy* server and mid-tier on Unix variant
· Experience with Oracle back-end for BMC/Remedy
· Experience in Unix / Solaris
· Identify tasks and interrelationships to evaluate functional and
cross-functional requirements
· Document detailed requirements in User Stories and help the development
teams with understanding the requirements and come up with estimates.
· Research existing systems and processes and make suggestions for changes
wherever necessary.
· Recommend solutions to identified problems.
· Where Applicable Write reports, document and present analyses, project
status, risks and issues.
· Provide ongoing support to business users as required.
· Good Written and Oral Communication Skills
· Good domain knowledge on RAD and overall Remedy systems
