Location :  Fort Worth TX
Duration :  Contract: 12-36 months
***Rate : $ 65/hr Contract to Contract

Description:

*This 3 year contract position is responsible for leading the Avaya 
Telephony Systems development or developing viable and efficient 
technology solutions to complex business needs according to customer 
requirements.
. Coordinate with other technical teams to develop appropriate 
interfaces and ensure quality and efficiency through capacity planning, 
performance assessment, and both integration and regression testing 
involving Avaya Telephony Systems
. Provide engineering design support, configuration, testing, 
optimization, and implementation of Contact Center solutions

. Development of Avaya VoIP, SIP solutions and Call Center solutions
. Call Center design and implementation; procurement, installation, 
networking, 3rd level support of call center technologies

. Enhance call center functionality and reporting
. 3rd level operations support, analysis and troubleshooting of voice, 
circuit and network components
. Documenting of all pertinent info as it relates to call Center 
solutions and implementations

. Support Avaya IC
. Avaya IC Multi-Channel routing and screen pop development and support.
. Support CTI Integrations with CRM

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
. 5 to 10 years of CTI experience
. 3 to 5 years of one or more of the following application development 
and SQL Queries

- .NET
- C#
- VB
. 3 to 5 years of support experience with Avaya Call Center Technologies
. Avaya CM5 experience with VoIP and SIP integration
. Project management experience
. Avaya professional services certifications
. Solid experience in VoIP, Avaya IC or other CTI platform and Network 
Engineering, and experience in the design, implementation, migration and 
support of voice, networking, and related products
