Client need good analysts with good communications skills to meet with
the users and business managers and explain the principles and hear the
businesses complaints about removing their app and why the app is
critical etc. Resource would explain and collect the necessary info and
give the info on how the client stakeholder(s) can attempt to keep the
app – what would be needed to keep it.
