Ability to clearly communicate with onshore and offshore leads and development team. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team, demonstrating exceptional analytical thinking, adaptability, multi-tasking, enthusiasm and motivation • Can support and resolve the application production issues in off business hours (Including Week Ends). • Ability to co-ordinate between onshore and global offsite teams with experience in generating daily/weekly/monthly metrics of offshore SDLC to demonstrate quality/efficiency of offshore delivery.
