•Help design/test RICEFW that utilize SAP ABAP, PI, iDoc and
integration with other applications.

•Hands on experience with 3-5 implementation projects

•Has experience in working in 2-3 Support/Maintenance Projects



*Responsibility*

•Perform SAP configuration in the process area of "Order to Cash”
processes.

•Perform as "Module expert” and provide to support to business
users needs in the areas of OTC functions involving the SAP SD, Order
Management, Contract, Delivery and Shipping, Revenue Recognition, Billing
and Invoicing, Pricing Conditions, and integrated flows with MM, FICO and
PP

•Developing of Functional Specifications to support any gaps within
the OTC business process area.

•Work with the Business Owners / Users or other Functional Team
members or IT Team members to analyze, design, configure, test, and
implement, SAP solutions to meet business requirements.

•Act as the liaison between the Technical team members and the end
users to insure requirements / progress are communicated accurately.

•Perform configuration/customization related activities to resolve
user reported issues in a timely manner.

•Create design specifications for all of SAP related activities
including: reporting, transactional programming, interfaces, Remote
Function Calls (RFCs), Business Application Program Interface (BAPIs) and
User Exits.

•Documentation of Solutions, SAP configuration and program
modifications according to internal standards.

•Research new technologies and functionality for making
recommendations.

•Build partnerships with internal customers.

•Leads system testing effort necessary as part of project
deliverables.

•Training of Users on new Systems and Processes.

•Provides day to day support to End Users – Day to Day operations
support and working with business users to resolve the issues, Bug Fixes
for the issues/incidents reported

•Ability to work in a fast paced, delivery focused environment

•Ability to work to tight timelines in a high pressure environment

•Actively suggest Continuous Improvements

•Communicate daily progress

to) modules and specific solutions like -SD (incl. Credit Card, KMAT, CLM,
Real time RFC, OSIRIS…) -CS (incl. Revenue recognition) -MM (incl. WM)

· SERVICE RECIPIENT specific solution and add-on like Lifenet,
Ecommerce, Prism, SH@RE-Strong understanding of SAP's Sales & Distribution
and Service Management modules.



· At least five years' experience working in SAP AMS/Implementation
projects.

· At least 5 years of proven experience as a SD and SM team member
in implementation, support and design projects

· Needs to have experience in production support projects based on
ITIL Methodology

· Needs to have experience in scoping of projects and needs to be
strong in creating innovative solutions based on business requirements
-Experience with SAP EDI transactions in SD and SM area -Working experience
in the following areas

· Sales and Service Area includes (but not restricted to) modules
and specific solutions like SD (incl. Credit Card, KMAT, CLM, Real time
RFC, OSIRIS…)

· CS (incl. Revenue recognition)
