Provide time estimates and create detailed documentation for support reference and future development. · Provide level 3 support displaying ownership in resolving complex systems issues while consulting other IT groups, as needed. Provide technical analysis and design expertise to improve business processes and/or reduce costs. Work with analysts to create detailed test cases. *Skill Sets:* * *1. Minimum 5 years development experience. 2. Visual Basic 6, 3. PowerBuilder 6.5, 4. Java, 5. Web Services, 6. SQL. 7. Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, 8. Strong documentation skills, ability to collaborate and coordinate within all areas of IT. 9. Solid understanding of information systems and the software development process.
