Currently, I am having an requirement of an Network Support for 1+ Years of contract period in Framingham, MA. Please have a look on the same and reply me if you have any suitable consultant for this requirement. *Position: Network Consultant(L1/L2/L3 Support)* *Location: Framingham, MA* *Length: 14 months +* Job Description: • Deliver Level 2 and 3 LAN/WAN technical support - Wide Area Routing and Local Area Switching Architecture and troubleshooting: • Escalate to L3 engineers or Management if unable to resolve the issue. • Routing and Switching Engineering for Capacity and performance analysis for LAN, MAN and WAN utilization. • Business As Usual (BAU) network software and hardware maintenance projects to meet Routing and Switching architecture and service goals. • Provide escalation support to L1 and L2 members of network team • Provide leadership and direction L1 and L2 members of network team and guidance to Workflow Manager and Service Delivery Manager.
