Strong domain experience is required • Must have experience in Test methodology and tools like QC 9.2 and QTP • Experience working in onsite / offshore model desired • Excellent comm skills required Position 3: Sr BA with Trading or Portfolio Management experience Location: NJ Position - 1 Duration: Long term Required Skills: • Prior experience in one of the following subject areas is a must: Capital Markets Trading (front and back-office process) or Portfolio Management • Strong knowledge of the banking business (e.g. brokerage, asset management, financial market, portfolio management, banking operations, finance product control, client and product static data, and AML / KYC risk measurement) is highly preferred. • Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Furthermore, must be able to interface with Managing Director level project sponsors and stakeholders. • Must possess strong data analysis skills. • Must be able to write Business Requirement Documents, and Functional Specification Documents. • Experience in complete SDLC process. • Software development experience, and ability to write Technical Specification Document is a plus. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Project, and Visio. Position 4: Kofax Specialist Location: NJ Position - 1 Duration: Long term Description: Financial Institution located in New Jersey has an immediate Long Term Contract opening for a Kofax (Document Capture Software) Specialist. . Work with technology teams to architect, design and develop a scanning solution leveraging Kofax Capture. Participate in all phases of the imaging application development life cycle Key areas of responsibility • Administration, researching, evaluating and staying current on emerging product enhancements, techniques and technologies • Product Ownership and vendor management • Own the engineering of the plant into the environment - Interface with the engineers that own the host and network. • Ongoing platform enhancements and underlying product upgrades • Develop, build, maintain and test the BCP for the plant • Own the development and support of the platform level integrations, eg entitlements, SOA, authentication, standard facilities • Perform level 3 support for application issues and manage the vendors SMEs during problem resolutions and deliver the fixes to production • Produce and maintain the reference architecture and example applications that we use for validation and performance • Own performance, workload, and capacity management • Communicate effectively with the Development Leads, internal managers, business, project management to review project documentation and determine needs • Participate in internal design reviews • Contribute to production readiness/hand-off review before go-live • Be an expert technical resource to the team, to management and to peers • Ensure work processes and products meet IT standards • Train or mentor others as appropriate on specific area of systems expertise; assist in development of training materials and/or conduct training Skills Required: • At least five years experience with Kofax development, installation, and configuration • At least 5 years of Kofax experience with the following: • Installation, Configuration and Administration of KoFax and KTM (KoFax transformation module) • Integration of KoFax with ECM products such as Documentum • Experience with configuration of Multifunction devices • Expected to know all elements of Kofax to some level; capture, release scripts, recognition services, DES, auto import, etc. • Java/J2EE • Extensive experience with Kofax Capture customizations such as batch class validation scripts • Knowledge of MQ transmission as it relates to the sending Kofax images • Knowledge of SOA and Web Services Position 5: PEGA / IVR Developer Location: NJ Position - 1 Duration: Long term Global Financial Institution located in Delaware has an immediate Long Term Contract opening for a PEGA / IVR Developer with 3+ years immediate experience in Pega PRPC, specialized skills in Pega Call framework with IVR knowledge.
