Location: Sanfrancisco, CA. *In person interview is required*** *Job description:* The Security Engineering and Architecture team within the Client Enterprise Information Security business unit is seeking a contractor to assist with Juniper Firewall related projects. We estimate that this will be a three month contract with the possibility of extension. The contractor will be responsible for the configuration and documentation of a pair of Juniper Netscreen ISG-2000 firewalls and will provide assistance while multiple networks and the associated systems are migrated from a CheckPoint firewall cluster to the Juniper solution. The contractor will also be responsible for the build of six Juniper Netscreen ISG-2000 firewalls for a new datacenter currently under construction. The individual must have the following qualifications: 1) Juniper Certification in Firewalling Technologies 2) Be a clear communicator with good written skills The following skills would help the contractor in the position: 1) Cisco router proficiency (configuration/support of 802.ad, 802.1q specifically) 2) Juniper/Netscreen Security Manager (NSM) Experience This position is available for immediate hire, please forward resumes to me at this address and feel free to call or email with any questions.
