boa tarde, Pessoal obrigado pelas dicas. verificando o alert.log, vi que o disco estava cheio de archives. houve uma falha na sincronização com o stdby. apos a exclusao desses archives e liberação do espaço. o banco de dados abriu. obrigado mais uma vez. atc, Erisvaldo

Eu iria perguntar se o alter database open, estava abrindo o banco.. Ta faltando o banco abrir... ou nem chega a esse ponto, parando com o erro abaixo? Passe o erro do alert. O banco está em archivelog? Se viver de uma olhadinha se não atingiu o tamanho máximo ou falta de espaço em disco. Se não tiver resolvendo adicione o hostname as configurações do seu loopback no arquivo /etc/hosts.
