*Dear,*

*We are looking for **Salesforce developer** in **Enfield**, **CT**. If you
are interested, please send your updated resume along with desire salary to
me at jt...@affluenttek.com <jt...@affluenttek.com>*

*Role:* Salesforce Developer

*Location:* Enfield, CT

*Job Description:*

I am looking for a Salesforce developer who will work primarily in handling
incidents and production support duties for our Field CRM org (6,000+
users). The person should have excellent communication skills as they will
be working closely with our Field CRM Support team that reports the
incidents. These are akin to Level 2 helpdesk type tickets. Incidents
range from assistance with import/export, role provisioning, reporting
assistance, general troubleshooting, and small enhancements. Familiarity
with RIVA Synch would be very helpful. *The candidate will need to have a
minimum of 5 years’ experience working in SFDC as an admin AND a developer*.
The candidate will be asked to create documentation to capture any standard
processes so that we can start an internal WIKI. The development would be
in the form of small to mid-size enhancements or correction of defects.

• *Minimum 5-7 years SFDC experience in development and admin
duties*. Certification preferred

• Lightning exposure a strong plus

• Production support background a plus

• *Use of automated tools a plus (for example: Copado, Flosum,
Gitbub) a plus*

The second developer need is to work on a specific project –

The person will be a member of the DevOps team, but will work primarily on
these projects and therefore have a direct relationship to a project team /
project manager.

This user story provides an experience that will allow Field CRM users to
store and retrieve attachments from the MassMutual Enterprise Box solution.
The end user and associated agency will be provided a “pout of the
box” MassMutual
defined folder structure where the folders will be managed as FINRA 17a-4
compliant storage. They could also choose to extend the out of the box
folder structure to tailor it to the needs of the agency. User/Agency
defined folders may or may not be 17a-4 compliant.

This story also includes providing support for the actual content
migrations.

*• Minimum 7 years SFDC development experience*. *Certification
preferred*

• Lightning development is a huge plus

• Understanding of SFDC UI is critical as the project is working on
the integration of BOX and SFDC to store documentation.

• * Understanding of SF security model from a SSO to a general data
access within the platform*

• *BOX, BOX API a strong plus*
